I think the guy who mentioned the stand next to Subaru was on this forum, anyone who was there care to comment?
Personally I like the colour. To be honest so long as it's not pink with purple stripes I'm still taking one.
What the hell, it can be that colour for all I care, I'll get it resprayed
Bye

A washed out silver/blue , looks dreadful IMHO, however good the car may be.
Why?
Does this mean next years rally cars are coming out in this colour?
Call me a tart if you like, but it is one of the things that put me off buying one.
At least there should be a choice of colour!

whats the problem with the colour.............?
Evo has been pushing the gray for a while......
Scooby has been the Scooby blue.......
With this been a limited car of 500 only I think that a one off colour will set the car apart from all other's. Just thank god it's not some sad colour like yellow or Black (black been the biggest bitch to keep clean, sorry Neil
I've not seen it in person but the deposit is down and I a-wait the delivery date, which no one seems to know.
I love to colour..................something different and somehting new........
WR1 might have the right idea, respray........... pink I think not..........
So I guess everyone's happy with the pink STi badges then? Come on Subara, change this for us all.

I saw the car at the Autosport show and nearly ordered one, then I realised I didn't have enough money!!!
Easily the best looking new age Impreza I have ever layed eyes on.
p.s. I am not gay either.
If you can afford one, get it bought.
I will be very jealous.

i think it's not all that bad. if they had done it blue/black you would mistake it for a nomal STI. now at least it's a unique colour. matbe not the best but different at least.

i've seen it at autosport. It is a very light washed blue.
At the end of the day its just a colour and it is not as brash and noticable as the standard scooby blue, but how many guys when looking at that car are thinking of the colour anyway?

Who gives a **** what colour it is, you don't buy beer because of the colour, you don't buy scotch because of the colour, they both look like bottles of pi55 and the same applies to the car, you buy it on the merits of its driveability.

How about a stickered up WR1 then...
Just talking about Rally Stickers in another thread, got me thinking...
Those who don't like the colour of the WR1, what about we put the full Rally Graphics on the WR1? Would that improve the look of the thing or (like me) would it put you off the car?

Saw a whole transporter full of these in Banbury about 4 weeks ago.
Did a massive double take. They are certainly going to stand out in a crowd. I think they did nisssan Micras in the same colour a few years back(no joke).....

where are you located?
Just spoken to the garage and the first order went in back in Dec, they do not expect one till early April. Mines the 4th of six they are getting. So looks like my wait will be longer as the cars seem to be delivered one at a time to to dealers.
