on the HPi web site.. it asks you for the Reg number.. the Vin number and the house name/number and post code??
is the House name/Number and post code of the car you are checking.. or 'MY' address details?

Stay away from Experion(sp?)
Stick with HPI equifax. They stopped me from buying a 1998 impreza turbo from a Mitsubishi dealer in Bradford. The Mitsubishi dealer had used "experian" and all came up clear. I had an AA inspection, they too use experian but they couldnt find any details in the computer and were complacent about it "it happens all the time especially with newish cars" they said.
I went up to buy the thing but a little voice told me to HPI equifax it - the woman told me to keep my money in my pocket. 3 finance companies were owed money on it and it had 9 registered keepers (this was back in 2001 so the car was 3 years old).
I never got any money back for AA inspection etc plus cancelling my insurance etc etc. Just pleased i used HPI equifax
Salsa-King - best ringing them direct I think. I would guess it's the address of the car to be checked
