Improved MPG on a tek3.
....or so i've read on here. But by how much on a MY00 UK classic if i had a Tek3 done? Would it be minimal improvement or are we talking of 2 or 3 MPG better?
Or am i talking complete tosh?
Just thinking that a tek3 might pay for itself by the saving on fuel??
smurfy.

It defo improves it but by how much is hard to say and really depends on your driving. I bought a full scooby sport zorst, tek2.5, sti v intercooler, dawes, etc on SN for about £900 all in and sold all the bits for pretty much the same a year later having had a MUCH faster car for that year and slightly better fuel economy. I really recommend you do it

Think of it like you'll get the same economy, but get to where you are going quicker - so it's a 'time-saving' device. You also arrive with a big grin

Yes there is an increase if you drive like Miss Daisey but as YOU WILL be booting it a lot more it works out as less MPG.
Its worth it though, the TEK 3 on my MY01 was amazing.
