Rob, I still havent received the gasket set. From your last email it should have been here over a week ago. Im worried the courier has misplaced it so need the tracking number for it to chase them. Ive tried you by voicemail, text and email over the last week but havent had a reply. If you see this can you get in touch please as Im getting well behind with this engine now.

Does anyone else on here know if he is away at the moment or similar?

Cheers

Andy

Ah that might explain it then. If anyone bumps into him let him know I need to talk to him in case these gaskets have gone AWOL.

Cheers guys.

After the P O decided that my address (that I get shed loads of mail for every morning) didnt exist and returning the parcel to Rob, he phoned me (whilst in a customer car clearly developing in excess of 900hp by the sound of it) and told me he was going to to DRIVE the gasket set to me tomorrow (hour and a half round trip) to save me a days delay on this engine.

Whilst I felt that was way too generous an offer, I can categorically state I have never experienced customer service as good as that from any person or company full stop.

Rob, I take my hat off to you. Laydeez, As well as being a purveyor of keenly priced quality gear for scoobies I suspect this dude is hung like a donkey and can breath through his ears as well as walk on water etc. (Apologies to Mrs G, if there is such a person).

No, I cant recommend him highly enough. Thanks again mate.
