me scoob has just died HELP HELP
I'm in a bit of a pickle
i've got a cobra alarm which works the central locking system
but its not ,and i can't start the car any advice .
battery is not flat i've re-synchronised the alarm but still nothing
i've had to have it towed from asda nightmare
1st one i've ever seen on a tow truck
and even more depressing is i might not be able to make the m.w.r.9
so if any of you fine gentlemen could shed some light on this little problem
i would b v.gr8full

This may be of help
is the plipper/ fob an ir or radio type, or a push against a pad type??
my push against the tab type failed, due to a broken solder joint in the fob.
i know it sounds daft, but have you checked the battery,, you may have enough volts to keep the alarm working, but when you pull the load for the starter the battery gives up due to excess resistance
failing that the AA or rac can disable the system to alow you to get home...
then its up to you to investigate / fix.
failing that contact a local auto alarm co and see how much a replacement would be...
i had a place local to me who would do it next day providing i got the car to them before 9am
as it was, it was the battery which the aa sorted.
