now i get my receipt from paypal fine no probs

now i changed email addy to above new one went to save proflie cant save it??

only way to do it is to put email in parent/gaudian slot??

so now im under 13 cant post anywhere?? all locked threads???

and ive had to register a new id just to post this ???
