hi mark. its easy find www.photobucket.com, register your self on there. photo bucket will tell you how to put pics on to its site.
once you have your pics on there.you will need to click open scooby nett. start a new thread go back to photo bucket click on links it will give you a list of your pics in coded numbers and letters, click and hold down to high light the pic you want on scooby nett while still high lighted,right click on the one you want select copy. go back to scooby nett and type this with no gaps in it [ img ] then right click your mouse again, click paste then type [ /img ] this should work with a little trial and error, good luck took me a few goes
