Prodrive backbox

After talking to my dealer on the subject of backboxes and warranty's he told me that due to prodrive loosing out to scoobysport and other BB manufacturers that they would be selling there backbox on its own and not part of a package and it would be warranty approved.
But is the prodrive box any good I think I will stick with my magnex 6x4 oval
