press the bottom left button, then the top left a couple of times till it says reset ecu, then press the bottom left button, it asks for confirmation, press bottom left button again, it tells you to switch off, so switch off and thats your ECU reset done.

When you re-start the car you may need to press enter to turn the SECS back on.

Remember the ECU will need to relearn for a while after reset so it may feel a little odd/lumpy initially.
