UK road with biggest grin factor

My vote is the A821 road from Kilmahog (what a fab name) near Callander in scotland to Aberfoyle.

the first few miles has 8 or so jumps/humps with some great blind sharp corners of every kind. A quick blast alongside the beautiful loch and then round the end up the hill into the QE Forest. The road is amazing with good visibility for taking the racing line through the corners. The road has every type of bend going with some nice lift off corners with good visibility. It is about 20km or so and was a lot better than the last track day i went on!
If you are feeling brave, then put 50p in the meter and take the scoob along the "Forest Section, erm, Forest Drive" and then down the incredibly windy road to aberfoyle.
Do this route in winter when there are no tourists and no other cars!
An odd thing happened. My Garmin Street Pilot ordered me to do a U-Turn and go back along the whole road when I got to Aberfoyle. it obviously liked it.

Over the Dukes Pass? it's a cracker, theres a good one from Crianlarich to Killin then along the side of Loch Tay to Kenmore, my favourite up this way is the road from Forres to Carrbridge over the Dava Moor,

hotpants, I second that m8, fantastic route which I did for the 1st and only time last year on the way to the "raid across the border"
for a local road, the "snake pass" out of glossop is my fav route, as it has just about everything you could want in a quick drive out, steep bits, up and down, very twisty bits, and a 100mph+ straight to finish!
