They are P1 mud flaps and can be made for less than £10 for a set of 4,buy the material from Jap Innovations in any colour you want and cut them out.

Nice mud flaps fastfrank, but I think they only come in black and I would prefer blue ones to match the car.

These are called stone deflectors and are available from your local Subaru Dealer, they are a Prodrive part. The part number is SACC2145, they are about 9 quid each. The are packaged in ones so for the front (or rear) you will need two.
They will fit an 02 or 03 car with a little modification. You will need longer fasteners for the front as the standard ones will be too short. You can get a pack from Halfords with the right ones in.

ZIPPY, I can't find the mud flap material listed on the Jap Innovations web site, your got a link?
r32 as far as I know the offical stone deflectors only come in black (might be wrong though), and ideally I and I suspect others want them in different colours to match our cars.
