Cool

ScoobyNet Christmas lights have officially been taken down, in accordance with the 12 day rule ( )

However, some members may still have them showing. This is as a result of either Internet Explorer or possibly your ISP/work having cached the image.

To remove from IE press <CTRL> + <F5> at the same time. This will clear out your cache and demand a fresh image of the current page from SN servers. They will give out the non-Xmas logo & all should be back to normal.

If this does not work, its worth trying again - in case - but is probably because either your work or ISP has a Proxy Server in place which has not been refreshed. If this is the case, I'm afraid it may take a couple of days before the lights are changed to normal.

Thanks & Happy New Year

Blimey, that actually works, I thought it was just an elaborate, **** covering pith take

So how come I didn't have to do that to get them to show in the first place...or have they been there since last year

Unhappy

Puff

Any idea how to get rid of the lights if using a Mac G4? I've tried control+f5, alt+f5, Apple command+f5... and I've still got Xmas '03.

Cheers

Thankyou Puff for putting this up!

And no, not because I never knew how to get rid of the lights!

Regards,
Shaun.
