I had a 96 n reg STI V-Ltd, 50,000 on the clock really good condition inside and out No, 357/1000.
Does anybody know what is is worth. The insurance company are trying to spank my ****. I think around 8.5k is that a bit optimistic for this car.

6.5-7.2 I'd say but maybe I'm a bit on the dealer price side of it..
Black book says for 50000 miles in good condition :-
Dealer £7450
Trade £6500-6800
Private £7000
Insurance company offer you about 6k per chance ?

Thanks for the info,
Just got off the phone to the insurance company this second and they have offered me £7,250, so i took it.
Its a fair bit more than i paid for the car, Never would have belived it if i didnt hear it with my own ears.
