do they send you a mail when your subscription is due or is it a direct debit

They didn't send me one, but I had just moved house so might have got lost. I called and payed with switch. The girl told me you get a few months grace to pay.

I just got sent an invoice for the renewal

I received it on the 17th of December and the payment due date was the 12th of December

One quick phone call to make sure they hadn't switched it off and to inform them that payment was on it's way

Yeah, i normally get a reminder, even though i've got a direct debit.

Got sent an invoice 2 weeks after the pay date ......hope their better at finding cars than admin !!
