Where does the securing screw fix to on MY00 fog covers?

Im trying to fit fog light covers to an MY00 bumper and theres a securing screw,where does this screw secure to on the bumper anyone know?

If they are similar to the 02 you need a flat piece of metal with a twist in it that has a captive nut on one end and secures under one of the original fog lamp screws to hold it in place, if you have a try with the search steam engine I recall discussions where people were told where to get these brackets,
