Hey,

A friend is thinking of getting a new 3.0 Legacy Estate for his wife, and he's interested in looking into what mods are available for it , just for a laugh.

Has anyone looked into this?

Cheers,

Not a lot for the moment. It is a great car, i have driven it and it is very very smooth. I would think a new exhaust would free things up a little, but they do need lots of miles on them before they loosen up. It is almost embaressing having them next to the foresters and Imprezas becasue the built and interior quality is so much better on them that they make the others look very dates. Go for the fully loaded one with Sat nav and the TMC addin, it rocks.

Thumbs up

As already said, not much out yet. Also, it is not a turbo after all, so extracting worthwhile gains is going to be more of a challenge.

Suspension wise, various bits to firm things up are out in the home market, or on the way, along with the usual brake lines, pads, exhausts etc. IMHO the bit to tweak will be roll control to flatten out the ride a bit. Having said which, even std they are a good drive, IMHO...

Lucky lady.
