PCP deals on secondhand cars

Is it possible to get PCP finance deals on secondhand cars? Do any of the banks do this? I've seen a car for around £7,500 and wondered if doing it this way might be the best way.

Alliance and Liecester do loans that have a low payment monthly and a balloon payment at the end or you can keep the same payments going to pay it off if you dont want to clear it, and their apr is low as well
