Hello folks,
JDM or UK, can you get a decent / fast scoob for £5-6k, that you can trust to be farily reliable - at least as reliable as the alternative I am thinking (MR2 Turbo), baring in mind, that the MR2 is standard 240 odd bhp, and easily/cheaply modded to upto 300bhp, so I would be looking for 240ish from a scoob, but I suppose I am also wanting somethign I can relay on, budget will be tight as it is, and if I was sensible (which I am not) I would wait and save some money, so the last thing I want is shelling out in the garage, at least not in the first 6 - 12 months, apart from servicing of course.
Also what about fuel, I can't really see how an MR2 is going to be any more fuel effecient than a scoob esp if it's modded to 300bhp, part form the fact that the scoob is a bigger heavier car! I know, I know, I want my cake and eat it eh!?
