Bug eye Scoob chasing an Evo V1 at 135 mph?

Who saw the coverage on Sky News yesterday about the speeders at last years Rally GB?
They showed a white Evo V1 being chased by a Bug eyed Impreza (Morettes) at 135 mph on the M4 - both drivers were banned.
I was thinking as I watched it (not condoning this action of course) that it ws probably a slip road drag race that got a bit silly "post rally my scoob is faster than your Evo" type thing.
Just wondered whether it was anyone on Scoobynet/Evo Register?
