Anybody know if its possible to get a Blue with Gold Stars grill badge for a bugeye .. ?

Not sure about blue and gold . Try a search as there are a few threads showing how to tart up your regular black and silver badge. People have used fine wire wool / emery cloth to rub of the black coating on the back of the badge and then painted it their chosen colour (usually Cherry) with nail varnish / paint etc. Don't take my word for it though, i've not done this, do a search to be sure.
