Someone crashed into the rear of my car and bent and cracked my rear bumper then drove off!!

Whoops sorry about the slight price hike 
My mate has rang me back
the quote he had for his STi7 was £700 inc Vat 
this was for the Bumper, painting and fitting. seems to recall about £360 inc vat for bumper.
