did anybody see the scooby on the rollers this week on rev bob's torque show? it only pulled 212bhp. i was looking on the dyno section on scoobynet and all the standard uk turbo's are pulling 230 plus. the one on the tele looked quite modded as well.any ideas?

the bloke looked gutted as thought it was going to do 265. mind you it only had a filter and backbox change, looked like a UK MY99 to me.

This was discussed when the show first aired a week or so ago. The owner is on here and claimed there was a boost leak and the car wouldn't rev past 4000 Rpm. I did ask a) why this wasn't noticed on the rollers and anyway b) how he thought a backbox and a "dump valve" would get 265Bhp - didn't see an answer though as the thread was then deleted....

Hey ho
