The guys that followed me last night were EVER-SO helpful (honest)- I was lost getting out of Manchester after the match, and pulled off the main road to check my map (and swear a lot!). A car pulled in behind me, so I moved off the road to let him pass, except he put his blues on. But fair do's, they had already checked it wasn't a stolen scoob, and gave me all the directions I needed to find the M6. Maybe it was the U-turn on a main road that aroused their suspicion

Some traffic cops are really nice blokes and this backs up my experiance, got stopped a while back cos I was lost and obviously driving too slow for the vehicle. They pointed me the right way and chatted about the car for a while.
