If the wastegate is fully open, this will result in no/very little boost!

A duff (soft) actuator or problems with the boost solenoid, COULD also be cuprits of low boost.

Last but not least, you could have problems with the wastegate on the turbo - or even the turbo itself.

Shaun.

Question

Can anyone help with some more turbo related questions?

In some old posts people have mentioned a “training manual” with all the fault codes in does it have the Japanese fault codes in and if so where can I get one from?

If the wastegate is opening all the time when the engine is running will this result in no boost?

What else could result in no boost?

Thanks

Paul,

"Training WRX" is a book written about the Impreza but does not include error codes - you can get a copy from
