Quickest Jap Import car in Europe

Flicking throught the autotrader today (who kindly neglected to put my add in 
)..
I saw an advert for a company that imports Japanese cars. Their advert has a pink RX7, the ad reads 'Europes quickest Import car, 0-60 in 3.8 seconds, 220mph'
When/where did this happen?, why have I not heard of it doing this?. I have seen the car in their advert for a long time, but never knew these claims were so bold, anyone confirm it done 220mph?
