Who is the youngest P1 owner here?

Hi Guys,
This is my first post here.
I will hopefully be picking up an Impreza P1 within a month, and thougth I'd introduce myself as I will be a frequent visitor of this forum.
Who is the youngest P1 owner here? I'd like to know about your insurance deals etc.
Laurence

Laurence, I drive an STI5 TypeR which will be pretty much the same, if not slightly higher to insure than a P1.
I am (was at the time of insurance) 23 and I was quoted £1800 from Tesco.
lol, Tryingto hang on to your youth. Sooner or later your gonna have to face the fact that 31 is not young....heheheh

There was about £200 difference in insurance price between the P1 and the STI V Type R (in the P1's favour).
I'm only 21, and so a premium of £2200 is as good as it will get I suppose.

I was 19 when I had my first P1 but that was not insured in my name, I was a second driver. Now insured through Tesco on my second P1 and I'm 20 at the minute. Mind you the P1 is being sold tomorrow and I've got a Rx7 to replace and insurance on that when 21 in about 2 weeks is £1300 through Sureterm

You obviously can't compare your quote against someone elses premium as some people live in the sticks & park in a garage and others live in London & park on the streets.
An example of this was when I moved three roads down, causing a change in the beginning part of the postcode. I got money back and there is only a 2 minute walk to where it changes! That was going from an alarmed garage to driveway parking as well!!
