Scoobynet'ers,
Anyone know of a scooby specialist (not main dealer) where I can get my WRX '03 ECU reset (after touching fuel cut the other day!)?
Nearest to Bournemouth, Dorset or Southampton, Hamshire would be great.
TIA
-Steve.

You don't need to go to a specialist just for a reset, I'll do it for free .
Its dead simple, type ECU reset into search and you will find two ways of doing it - either by disconnecting the battery or using the green and black connectors under the dash by the steering column.

Ian, Jay,
I've been told, recently on a thread I started, that the MY=>01 can not be manually reset. I had a MY00 before and, as you say, resetting them was easy!
I which it was possiable on MY03's i.e. no connectors under the steering column anymore!
-Steve.

Another vote for Triton.
They purchased all the diagnostic equipment/tools/manuals etc from when Chapelgate closed down.
In recent weeks they have fitted 4 discs, pads, hoses, fluid and an exhaust to my car.
All done faultlessly and I'm a fussy tw@t.
