Got any closer pictures? Hard to tell form that angle and with bits of tree covering it! 
Looks too low to be an STIV replica (could be wrong). Might be something like a Scoobysport or possibly RallyTech.
Not sure to be honest.

looking at the pics in your other thread, I would say it is a replica of the Prodrive item fitted to some RB5s. The genuine Prodrive item has "Prodrive" embossed on the uprights, which I cant make out on yours.
