hi,
thinking of fitting a cobra monaco bucket seat and have been quoted £119 for the seat,£60 for a subframe and £30 for some runners. guessing the subframe is essential but do i really need the runners or can i use the existing ones?
any advice on fitting or on the prices would be great.

question should really be in 'interior' section but I'll answer for you anyway

yes you need both:

Sub frame is a solid none moving replacement for what you have already. the runners are for ontop of that so you can slide back and forward.

luckily the seats I brought (sparco torinos) came with a set of the runners on the bottom so only had to pay £60 each for the frames........... :S
