hi mike just a couple of questions on the ppp on my uk my99 4door impreza
1]will this have a centre cat and resonator or is it just a resonator and silencer.[what is a resonator anyway?]
2]will a de-cat down pipe cause any problems with the car[and whats the solution]

Although I'm not Mike I can answer the first.
The centre section did have a cat as standard, but now has just a resonator or silencer instead (whichever term you prefer - they are the same) which is more free flowing than the original item.
I don't think you'd have a problem in changing the downpipe but don't take my word for it. You would hpwever defintely fail an MOT emissions test as you would then have not cats at all in your exhaust system.
