There is a very interesting article in this months Japanese Performance on the above. The work was done by Roger Clark Motorsport. Are these a new company? I would like to start on my STi 8 now it is run in and wonder if they would be any good?

Having RCM fit AP clutch, lightened flywheel, downpipe and centre pipe next thursday. They came recommended to me. I believe they prep cars for the british rally championship.

Cool

Hi Guys, my car in Jap Performance, VERY PROUD

Matt & Ollie Clark are spot on and very proffessional, once you use them u will never go anywhere else, honestly.

Ollie and matt only do imprezas and evos, they do a lot of rallying and work closely with the guys at prodrive. Not the type of place that sell bolt on goodies, only do serious car tuning and twiddling.

Ollie does all the planning and selling side and matt does all the engine stuff himself, he is an absolute perfectionist like someone said earlier, won't give u anything back until he is 110% happy with it. can't really say anything else, that covers it really, visit their premises and u will be highly impressed, no bullsh!t or hard selling either

Trouble is there are stupid people out there who think they can have there cars seriously modded and going crying to Subaru UK when it breaks.

My Subaru warranty was invalid the day it left Japan and I didnt give a stuff either .

I can highly recomend the engine building skills of Matt Clark. My engine was built by him March '02 and I am sure that I have only been able to achieve what I have with this engine because of the integrity of the build.
It is signifigant that two of the top three engines at Scooby Shoot Out were built by Matt Clark.
If you are going internal as opposed to bolting a few bits on then you need to talk to Roger Clark Motor Sport.
I have done over 27k mls since the re-build.

OK guys. Thanks for all the info and votes of confidence. Ihave made contact with Simon Chamberlain and Olly Clark and expect to visit them next week.

11.74 sec 1/4. Must be some motor, never mind 170 odd mph. FEW.
