Hi
All being well and DVLA registering car by friday i should be getting my first WRX at the weekend, have a quick question about 3rd party warranties are they any good, roughly how much should i expect to pay and who does them

The only company on the Autotrader site that I know anything about is Motor Warranty Direct. I think they are pretty good, but not cheap - their quote for two years extended warranty using their top of the range Platinum service was, from memory, somewhere in the £800-900 range.

In my opinion, stay clear of Warranty Holdings as from what I've heard, they are always very reluctant to pay out. A mate of mine currently has a lawyer involved in trying to sort out a claim!

Contacted my local garage today about warranties and they gave me the number of Autotek 01483 810103 who can asist in warranties, will be speaking to them shortly
