Clutch judder is common with P1`s and is usually delt with under warranty..replacement clutch and flywheel usually does the trick.
Something to do with the plate glazing over...
you could slam it into 3rd while driving i`m told and maybe skim a little surface away lol...haven`t got the guts to do that to mine yet.

Hi,
I'm nearby !
For driving lessons try the road over the trough to Lancaster.
Probably not wise to try and keep up with a highly skilled driver such as myself, unless you like off road action ( I'm usually in a ditch at the side of the road )
Havn't you seen me cruising past while you were working ?
I've a MY99 DGM that used to judder until the clutch went totally F**ked.
Off the TEG in carnforth on Wed for a new one fitting !
Try a full bore standing start to clean up the flywheel, it helps a little, but you'll get used to the judder eventually.
What colour is yours and what mods have you done / planning ?
Chris
