I like it.
Does anyone know of any good or bad points about changing my std STi "WING" which is not very stiff, and moves quite alot as the speed rises.
What are your thoughts???????????

Nope. I would even go so far as to describe it as tasteful.
Particularly when compared with the standard STI eight spoiler...

It is not just for show either, it was designed in a wind tunnel and is one of the few spoilers to actually produce downforce.
The retail price of £1200 reflects a) the cost for R&D and b) the fact that it is hand-laid carbon fibre.
They also very rare.

It's not a factory fit with the Spec C, but Iain gets them to order for it (around the £600) as an upgrade I think.
There are other options as well - I'm not a fan of this one, looks ok, I just prefer a body colour one (with a carbon inset - P1 style really).

So its great, its cr*p, its £495, its £1200.
I still like it, but at £1200 I might have to wait a while, at £495, i'll put it on the xmas list.
ARRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!! possibily the first mention of XMAS.

Thanks mickey
Paul - they are 1200 if you try to buy them from US or Japan, Litcho gets em for around 500. Its adjustable too, and mega light. The boot nearly smacked me in the face the first time i opened it

Cheers Edcase
Will have to look into it more, I seem to have loads of bolts all over the place, holding the original spoiler on.
Micky's right, look great on green

If its an MY03 Sti It will bolt straight on but leave about eight bolt holes where the original spoiler was mounted. I am going to order one of those S202 spoilers but i had to do a deal with a WRX to get the correct boot first (just four mounting holes)

Yes good point sorry I was thinking of the wrx not sti. As stated, your best bet is p/x-ing your boot and spoiler with a wrx owner with the same colour car that is looking to upgrade from the standard ironing board

Not nearly big enough to qualify for 2F2F Chris!
BTW, why does the offside mounting bracket look like it's on the p*ss Ed? Did you screw up with the drill and not want to make another hole?
