Friends dad has been snapped by a gatso doing 36 in a 30. He was in his company car but can not honestly remember if he or a colleague was driving. What can he do?

The form says that they will not supply a photo as it was taken from behind.

Suggest he contacts the local fixed penalty ticket office and explain the situation. They will explain what to do from there but the fine will have to be paid as it is issued against the regaistered keeper if the driver of the vehicle at the time can't be proven.

The thing is the fine will double if its not paid.
