Question

Due to damage sustained, am having a new bumper fitted and sprayed on my Silver MY00, work is being carried out by an approved main dealer so would expect a perfect colour match. Is the paint likely to be better (less prone to chips) than original Subaru ? should I be asking for 200 coats of lacquer ? or anything else ? , it's an insurance job so Armourfend won't be an option (unless I pay)

Doubt it will be the dealer carrying out the work.
Most dealers use a nearby spray shop to do their bodywork.
Not sure if you'll get more paint, but face it, they'd have to be bl**dy good sprayers to get it any thinner
