is an immobiliser required for sva on a 1997 car?
Also where can I get the cheapest mph stick on dial (in blue as its a type r)

Never SVA'd something like a Scooby, but I have taken several kit cars through SVA. (Look at my website for details: http://tim.hoverd.org.)

For those you need some sort of anti-theft device, but it doesn't have to be an immobiliser. The cars I've SVA'd have all just had steering locks.
