The PSI-3 will be cheaper and there's more info (but only from the ECU). Depends what you want it for really. If it's for show mainly, the DEFI's are going to be the one.
And if you want it for Oil Temp etc - the extra sensors on the SECS can be expensive as well - so you might as well have got a gauge in the first place.
But why comapre only one gauge type when there's several other manufactures who make good gauges at much less cost than DEFI and some of them look very nice indeed.

Also depends on which model year your car is...
Psi3 are near to producing Pre-1999 SECS fitments, but aren't there quite yet.
SECS does provide a lot more info, and can drive external items such as water-injection, water-spray, Nitrous, shift-light, etc.
