just wondering why it says at the bottom "powered by scoobynet" on the walesrallygb site

Obviously scoobynet is powering it, but i didnt realise scoobynet did this

does that mean cheap tickets for plus members?

Yup

Webmaster also is responsible for the software running of that site too - it is the official site for the WRC Rally GB

You will notice that the forum there is identical to the one here except for the colours. So any post on there is replicated here and vica-versa -
