Do Subaru own Prodrive or is it like the Ford-Cosworth relationship?

Two seperate concerns, Prodrive run the rally team and produce parts for Subaru.

Maybe two concerns but I bet Subaru can put pressure on Prodrive as and when they want to. It would be a very large contract for Prodrive to loose if they don't stay in line ?
