Just read the post about the ex-Scooby owner who has bought a Clio Cup.

Seems quite a few Scoob owners have this amazing little hot-hatch as their second car, me included.

So whats your second car? and is it a sensible choice, or fun or just an economical runabout to balance out Scooby costs?

Cheers

Citroen Berlingo diesel , about the most practical car there is for me.
Lot's of space for dog, mountain bike, work, shopping for the girl ....
And a 5 l/100km use of diesel !!!!
And almost impossible to get speeding tickets, from 0 to 60 in a few days and a top speed of just 85 mph !!!

LOL at Taffy.
That is shear luxury m8!
I bet theres not one on here that could beat my 2nd car, work transport than my **** box!
H reg montego 2L
And no less, it has history!
Rolled in 98, 2 year "rebuild", a nice spray job in a barn, on a cold night! grey of course!
The mrs drove it round for a year, then i bought it off her for 100 quid around 2 year ago (after another 1 years storage in a barn) It even had mice nesting in it when i dug it out!
Never washed, ever, same oil for the last 3 years!
It is minging and yes it is T&T
Rust, youve never seen anything like it, so enbarrasing i even take it to get petrol in the middle of the nite when theres no one else about!

Ford Ka Luxury. It's better equiped than the Scoob for motorway travel, nice and quiet, leather seats and half the fuel consumption. It's a bit of a squeeze now though with me, the missus, a new baby and a pram!

Cool

1981 VW Combi van. A Pea Green beast that uses even more gas than the scooby (just). The benefit of a bed and the chance to make bacon butties and coffee in any traffic jams has it's up sides .
