Service Costs....

I have just called two Subaru dealers for quotes for the 52500 mile service for my scoob.
The usual lot that I take the car to quoted me £186 for this service which as far as I know is an oil, oil filter and air filter change. I asked why it was so much and she said their hourly rate was £59. My next question was "so oil and filter plus air filter costs £127 does it??". No doubt this figure was +VAT as well.
..so just to clarify that I was being ripped off I called another dealer and they have quoted me £119 all in (including vat).
How can these highwaymen get away with it??? Makes me sick.
Incidently, the usual lot charged me £480 for my 45000 mile service - I'd be interested to know what others paid.
