Hi Gang,
Picked up my Scooby today, and what i can say about it cant be printed here. Have had a 306 GTI6, and a maxima, but OMFG.. what a rush. its a late 00, has 555 in the reg, and to say its a beast is an understatement, Hmmm Feel 25 again!

And yes a 306 Pug Standard no Mods, was way back in 99 had it 3 months, and i was involved in a bad crash, Totally written of left me in car and she drove off, was nice of her to leave her Number plate and front bumper behind.

Kurgins,
About the tracker, as far as I know if you are in the Republic the Gards dont operate 'Tracker' this may have changed from what I was told when I got mine fitted.

Kurgins, its not a "dodgy" ecu its just a bit smoother than previous years but has a slight surging around 2500 -3000 rpm, which most peeps rekon is emmissons based... alot of guys reccomend changing it for an earlier one for increased performance... do a search on here for AE801
Also DONT go for an induction kit as an early mod it can wreak havoc with the Airflow sensor (MAF), exhaust is a good palce to start
as gibbo siad log onto www.555club.com, home of the Irish Subaru Drivers Club, there is a new tracker system being offered by the club for members too...
enjoy

Again thx for all the help sofar.
I have just found out(from the insurance companies) that they
think my Scooby is an import hence all the WILD insurance quotes, highest was €10 k(was stunned when i got told that). Had a hard time trying to explain that to the people who were doing quotes, it seems that they have limited info on their computers about Subaru's in general.
Anyway that 555.com site is very good, again thx for all the help, Just one ?
What does the "MY" I keep seeing, mean on lots of posts?
