picking up my STI 5 TYPE R on Wednsday went 2 see it again yesterday and was playing with the HKS Boost controler witch seeems 2 have 2 settings low was set at 1 bar and high was 1.2 bar is this ok or is that 2 high

 

Depends if it dets or not. With enough octane or water injection and a knocklink it may well be fine. It may also very well not be fine.
