Need to wash the carpets on a second-hand car I’m getting tomorr (its’ about the size of most conservatories, but with more glass and grubby carpets in place of tiles)

What’s the best move? Should I hire a machine from HSS or somewhere or search out a firm to do it?

Cheers

D

A trick I pickled up from my trader friends is to quickly hoover and then spray paint the carpet/mats.

yer i use a carpet cleaner on mine once a year gets most of the dirt out do it on a sunny day and leave the doors open or you get condensation in the car, if you do the seats they take a good two days to dry , unless it is v hot , again leave the doors open.

Buy a Vax or hire something more professional?

I'm really looking forward to doing it

Diesel - Homebase used the hire out "Rug Doctors" These were awesome on carpets and upholstery depending on what detergents you bought at the time.. Might be worth a shout?

Local store can be found at www.homebase.co.uk
