My next door neighbrour has informed me that the aformention removal men have hit my car *****. On inspecting the damage i found that the rear o/s door and wing is nacked.
I feel sick. But at the same time quite proud that i did't flatten the driver.I still can't belive that he did't see it.

Any witnesses? Get on the phone to the removal company and demand to speak to the Director of the firm. Inform him that you will be opening legal procedings with your solicitor to recover your loss.
Good luck. Take them to the cleaners

Well im a removal man as well so i know that these things happen. If you actually saw some of the places that we had to go to then you wouldnt be slagging them off as much. Have you actually moved house yourself of did the SAS kindly drop your furniture out of there helicopter while they had some spare time on there hands.
Accidents happen at least he admitted it. They will probably just send you a claim form, trust me it happens alot!!
