Picked up my Sti-5 RA tonight and had a nice 40 mile A road drive home. I drove up there in my Integra Type R and the wife drove it back so I got a good feel for the Scooby on these roads as a comparison.

It was a good feeling geting turbo power again without having to rev the nuts off it. I was quite suprised at how little lag there was in this version it certainly didn't hang about.

It's a far softer ride than the Teg and I'm not sure I like that, and being a lot higher up it doesn't feel as if it is handling as well, more than likley to do with the increased body roll.

I did expectg it to be a little more back thrusting on boost so I guess I'll have to add a few mods but now I've just got to re-train my driving style to suite this type of car, which I'm sure I'll enjoy.

Pulled up for it's first quench of Optimax and a lad in a Clio parked up behind and came up to me straight away with lotso f compliments on the car and said he allways wanted one, ah!!!..

Then hada little play along the A50 with a kitted up bronzy collered bug eye..

I'm sure I'll be chating to Mr.Felstead

Taffyboy,

I think it is, I went to Peterborough with a serious hangover as I knew the guy would have a queue of people. I'm going on holiday on Thursday and the guy would not hold it for me for three weeks regardless of my deposit, he said that a guy from Surrey was very keen.

I'll post some pics once I'm back. It is very nice though, and that HKS zorst, what a sound
