Has anyone got access to Subaru part numbers?
Could someone please look up the following parts and tell me a) what they are and b) the difference - MY, price etc. (if any)?
13033AA002
and
13033AA040
Many thanks,
Jamie

jamie - looks like it's a 'belt tensioner'
go here - www.subaruparts.com
if you enter the "002" number it converts it to the "040" number,
so presumably it is the same thing????

002 goes over to 040.
'Adjuster-Belt Ten.' is the discription, £96.76 + VAT
If you want one in North London give Ridgeway Garage a call (020 8363 3456), not a dealer, but according to their computer they have one.

Cheers guys! That's a cool website.
The reason I asked is because I had the cambelt tensioner replaced last year with the first part number (200 odd quid) and then it want AGAIN this year and it was replaced with the second part number at half the price.
I was just trying to see if the dealer had fitted the wrong (more expensive) part first time round as it seemed odd to have 2 different part numbers for the same part - even if the price has come down (which it appears to have done).
So for everyone's information, the later style tensioners are now £96+VAT
