..never had an accident in last 6.5 years of road driving - rally cars and offs at the ring dont count - but I've twatted scooby this weekend..
..reversed too quickly up the drive, it is tight in my defense, and clobbered the gate post - my M3 style chromed wing mirrors literally exploded on the left hand side
..took Dyney 8 hours to fit them as well
..anyone know who does Group A or WRC carbon fibre wing mirrors for less than £450???
..Off to sulk now

I've had one of my mirrors gaffer-taped for nearly a year. Makes it look like a Merc style mirror with the silver on the blue!

At least the gatepost won't be claiming for repairs or personal injury!
I wish I'd chosen something cheaper to reverse into when I did it a few months ago - destroying a 911 is not good for one's insurance history. Still, you live and learn - I learned that Porsches have front ends made of meringue!
