Just wondering.

Were they intersted in rallying at this point?

Anyone Know?

Not for sure but I do know that it was about 1991 when they first got excited and decided to come have a play. Big announcement at the time 'cos rallying was stagnating a bit. Started with the Legacy but were already planning to use their new car, the Impreza, when it was ready.

Nope, the have not.

They started rallying in 1986 with gr.A Subaru XT turbo, and next year with Leone Turbo.
